Rug was stained and needs to be steamed cleaned or replaced. No separate closet

Thank you for staying with us.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dirty room during your stay.We will share the information with the front staff and cleaning staff and strive to improve.Regarding the closets in the rooms, double rooms 10-12 and 20-23 only have wall-mounted closets (hanger racks), and only rooms 13-19 have them.We apologize for not being able to provide you with any guidance.

This is one of the top properties in Senda. Easy 5 minute walk to train station. Starbucks and 7-11 attached to hotel 1st floor. Laundromat available. Close to great shopping at Clis Mall. Lots of great food within easy walking distance. Daiso across the street.

A perfect place for a quick overnight stay. The laundry machine is inside the room which makes things easier for me. The area is quite busy, lots restaurants, department stores, etc.
