Dirty - will spare the ugly examples. Tacky - plastic plants and flashing colored lights. Recently acquired by major chain - hopefully they will clean up and improve.

Worst hotel experience

The check in was very slow, and the checkout queue was outrageously long and they're obviously understaffed. They should have an express check out box for customers who already paid everything. I called the reception to ask a question and was put on hold forever. One of the cups in my room was not clean and saw a MOUSE in the lobby late at night. I never leave bad reviews but really feel I have to this time!

We liked the style and format. Great bed ! Shampoo, and other liquid dispensers work poorly and were not refilled. Free water one day but not another. great elevators ! welcome drink and towel was nice. Check in process way too long ... lot's of people in the Q. Should be much faster. App is an option but long registration process.
