The staff at the front desk are the rudest I have ever seen. This is a direct result of poor management.

The first room they gave me had avery bad odor in the bathroom and the AC fikter had not been cleaned. I asked to chage the room and they did so right away. The second room

Nice, modern hotel near restaraunts and bars.
Posted 17 Jul 2017 on HotelsGood location just a few blocks away from local restaraunts and bars. The continental breakfast was excellent! I can't believe it's free. Lots to choose from- pastries, cheese, eggs, multiple different fresh juices and fruit waters, desserts, breads etc. very modern hotel. Rooms are simple but nice. Parking garage without charge under the hotel. I would reccomend to anyone staying in Antofagasta for a night.
