Original we were given a room for handicap then we asked to be switched rooms and we were put in a small room with no view other a wall . I felt like I was out in the dungeon .
Previously had amazing room and beautiful view but this time I was disappointed .

Perfect location, beautiful colonial architecture but the rooms need to be renovated. The furniture is dated and the bed /pillows are not comfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel with incredible staff. They have a lot to offer, including quiet, safety and a beautiful Antigua experience.

Beautiful pool and grounds, family friendly. Great buffet breakfast which is not included. Easy walk to the main square, beautiful views of Vulcan Aqua.

Great place to relax - felt very luxurious and comfortable. The staff were always available and helpful, the pool and food were excellent, and the room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The pool are is gorgeous and made it all feel like a resort, with the advantages of Antigua nearby (but without a lot of noise).
The macaws were an added delight- check out their 70 year history - my partner saw the same ones there as a child!
As an environmentalist, I would have liked more information around their eco-friendly efforts, but I never saw a plastic bottle or straw (they use paper straws).

The property is beautiful, the amenities are amazing, the staff is great, the restaurant was awesome too. The hotel was centrally located so we were able to explore a lot by foot. The staff went above and beyond to help my girlfriend whom isn't bilingual, they helped us set up safe rides and tours as well
