The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The buffet brunch with surcharge is awesome. Hope it can be more clean, there was a spider in my bed:(

I asked staff for transportation around the city and they were not able to help me. I found transportation around Antigua on my own. The AC was not working night one. Staff can really improve on their attentiveness.

We encountered the coffee offered in the room opened and like it had been tampered with. In the doorstep of our room there was a huge roach. Breakfast ambiance was beautiful, however we were served overcooked eggs that were clearly not able to eat and we were not replaced with a new dish nor refunded our money for the plate. The staff was not trained well on charges added to my account. The receptionist didn’t have any knowledge on the charges added to the tab of the room. Misinformed us on what the charges were. Spa was amazing on everything.

The photos of the property do not do it justice. The place is stunning. The staff is unbelievably kind. The food was delicious. The hotel had doormen for what seemed all night. They even took the address of where we were going from our Uber to ensure safety. I could not have asked for a better stay.
