It is a great hotel. Location is close to everything but in a quiet area. Juan Luis, a staff member, was very helpful as a tour guide.

Beautiful property with one of the volcanos as the backdrop — the staff if extremely friendly and attentive, the breakfasts are great and the hotel is in a good location making it accessible to walk around the city. Very cleans and well kept which I am always very keen on. My only complaint was the AC wasn’t working very well in my room which was a little irritating but not enough for it to become an issue.

Extremely noisy room (606), hidden charges (resort fee $15 for things I was not informed up front nor did I use or enjoy in any way). This is "!robo a mano armada" will no return to this hotel as a guest
