Amazing value. Just needed to step outside and everything was at your doorstep. Restaurants, shops and the beach. Outstanding service from Richard and Alain. Thank you so much.

Only there for one night. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. convenient to all the shops and beaches by Juan Le Pins and surrounding area.

Good points - friendly staff/owners, I was made to feel welcome. The ambience is homely, and the location is great - central with everything within a short walk.
The air conditioning in my room was not working properly - needs a service. The room, therefore, was only just cool enough with the window closed. The street noise is very loud until late, even in the small hours of the night and early morning. However the double glazing keeps out the noise effectively. However, if you need fresh air... choose another location.
The Wifi service is very poor - keeps dropping out. Bring your own internet - essential for all but messaging.

Great room and great theme!
Posted 18 Apr 2019 on HotelsWe loved the room decor and the bathroom was newly renovated. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open because it was too cold, however this place is a hidden gem! We were very happy and would go back.
