" Eu e a esposa nos hospedamos no hotel San Santhiago, excelente recepção quem nós recebeu foi a Joice e a Elena , pessoas educadas, prestativas nos orientou até onde almoçar bem e barato, desde a recepção até o pessoal da limpeza muito educados, quarto estilo retrô muito limpos, sem falar do excelente e completo café da manhã , foi tão bom que ficamos mais um dia, recomendo "

"Hotel é bem localizado e limpo. Os funcionários são agradáveis e dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã é bom. O quarto é grande mas é ruim. Tudo muito antigo, com pontos de mofo e ferrugem, chuveiro funcionou de forma precária e pingou a noite toda, porta do banheiro não fechava. "

"Adoro o hotel Lisboa sou cliente a mais de 20 anos, sempre que vou a Poços de Caldas ficou nesse hotel, pois me sinto em casa, tudo é muito bom e acolhedor, recomendo muito o hotel Lisboa."
"Anfitriã Luana é maravilhosa, receptiva , empática, super solicita. O café da manhã foi muito bom, com tudo que precisamos para começar um passeio : o bolo de limão siciliano pintado à mão foi um detalhe de carinho à parte.
Sobre a infraestrutura, não tem TV, mas não fez a menor diferença. Tem Wi-Fi e ouvimos música. O local está em reforma ,mas não atrapalhou nossa estadia.

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
