O hotel é muito bem localizado, o café da manhã é muito bom e tudo estava muito organizado e limpo. Dois pontos negativos e um deles não é culpa do hotel! 1. Todas as tomadas são 220 e não há nem um transformador no hotel! Não custa ter um transformador para emprestar. 2. Crianças soltas pelo hotel bem cedinho, tentando abrir portas dos quartos e gritando. Mas isso já é responsabilidade dos pais sem noção. Ficarei hospedada novamente, com certeza.

Minha esposa e eu, ficamos três dias hospedados no hotel. O quarto apesar de não ser tão amplo, tem tudo que se precisa. O ar condicionado funcionou bem, o banheiro não é tão grande, o box de banho é pequeno más tem uma ducha ótima. Tem Wi-Fi e TV a cabo, bem aconchegante. A cama também é muito boa. O café da manhã é bem variado, e muito gostoso. Os atendentes são bastantes cordiais e eficientes. Voltaria outras vezes com certeza.

O café da manhã é bem servido, porém, no check-in, fomos informados de que o horário seria das 7h às 10h. O detalhe é que, exatamente às 10h, tudo é recolhido sem qualquer flexibilidade. Para ser bem sincera, às 9h55 uma funcionária avisou que quem quisesse “pegar” alguma coisa deveria fazê-lo imediatamente, pois eles já iriam retirar tudo. Na maioria dos hotéis que frequentei, após o horário limite, nenhum hóspede novo entra no salão, mas aqueles que já estão lá podem se servir com tranquilidade — especialmente em finais de semana, em cidades essencialmente turísticas. Quando sugeri na recepção que seria importante deixar claro que às 10h tudo seria recolhido, a resposta que recebi foi: “Nunca ninguém reclamou”. A falta de tato no atendimento me deixou bastante decepcionada. Pode parecer algo simples, talvez até “bobo”, mas faz diferença na experiência do hóspede. P.S.: Entrei no refeitório às 9h40 e consegui tomar meu café, mas a situação foi desagradável. Havia pelo menos seis mesas ocupadas quando fomos avisados de que deveríamos pegar o que quiséssemos porque já estavam recolhendo. Não houve sequer um “bom dia”, “a senhora aceita mais alguma coisa?”, “está satisfeita?”, ou “podemos começar a retirar?”. Fica a dica: melhorar a comunicação e orientar os funcionários para um atendimento mais acolhedor e respeitoso com os hóspedes.

Antigo hotel Ibis , mantem boas instalações, quarto espaçoso, bom banheiro, Tv e localização excelente no centro de Poços de Caldas. O café da manhã tem variedades, mas deveria melhorar a qualidade , principalmente de sucos, são todos industrializados e muito açucarados.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de poços mas ainda assim consegue ser silencioso, o que não é comum lá. O conforto deveria ser melhor pelo preço que cobram. Colchão e travesseiros são velhos e desconfortáveis e as toalhas e roupa de cama estavam muito surrados, tornando a estadia pouco confortável. Por esse motivo o custo benefício desse hotel não é bom.
