Amazing and beautiful hotel

My husband was diagnosed with dengue fever during our stay and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Aline was great and very helpful with all the requests. Everyone was lovely. The breakfast has loads of options, parking was a great perk.

I am an Ibis client, the room hotel was very clean, comfortable pillows and very clean bathroom, the staff is very kind, professional and polite, Alice and Douglas were very good host and made my mother very comfortable. Clean and modern hotel

The hotel is very modern and in good condition. It does not feel like a holiday hotel - but in fairness I don't think the hotel claims to be. Also the breakfast buffet by Brazilian standards was quite limited. However when we stayed here, two of the other major hotels in the city centre were becoming notably worn and a little dilapidated so we came here to stay for something different. The Ibis Styles really is exceptionally modern, clean and in good condition throughout. I hope it gets well maintained and continues to be so after a few more years of being open. If you can do without having a swimming pool and you're OK with a fairly small room - then I would recommend this hotel - particularly if you want a room which is clean, modern and in a good state of repair.

Cheguei ao hotel por volta das 23h, cansado da viagem. Ao chegar na garagem para estacionar e fazer o check-in, não havia nenhum sinal de funcionários. Buzinei algumas vezes e ninguém apareceu para atender. Como não tive retorno, precisei manobrar de ré na rampa para voltar à rua e entrar pela recepção. Somente depois disso o atendente me explicou que o funcionário responsável por receber os hóspedes na garagem havia saído para resolver outra questão, deixando o local sem atendimento. Achei a situação um pouco complicada, principalmente pelo horário e pelo cansaço da viagem. Além disso, é cobrada uma taxa de R$ 30 pelo estacionamento/valet, embora eu mesmo tenha estacionado o carro e nem tenha visto o serviço de valet funcionando. Fora isso, ok

Hotel Ibis Style (Verde), esperava ser mais superior ao Ibis (vermelho), nesta unidade ficou bem abaixo do que esperava. Como minha referência é o IBIS Barra Funda (Vermelho) em São Paulo, ficou muito abaixo. Deveria ser padrão de todos os Ibis o café da manhã, igual ao da Barra Funda em São Paulo. Espaço para café muito pequeno, mistura playground de criança com café, horrível. PAra a categoria que se enquadra o Ibis Style (verde), deveria oferecer tudo melhor que os Ibis de bandeira vermelha.

O café da manhã deixou a desejar. O espaço destinado às refeições é pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, o que gera lotação e desconforto nos horários de maior movimento. Além disso, o buffet é pouco organizado, dificultando a circulação e o acesso aos alimentos. Também tive problemas com outros hóspedes, um grupo de adolescentes/crianças bastante barulhentas. Em duas ocasiões, elas passaram pelo corredor acionando propositalmente as campainhas dos quartos para incomodar os demais hóspedes. Embora o comportamento dos hóspedes não seja responsabilidade direta do hotel, considero importante registrar essa observação, pois impactou negativamente minha experiência de hospedagem. Por outro lado, o quarto estava limpo e é relativamente confortável. O chuveiro tem boa pressão e temperatura, proporcionando um banho agradável. As amenities oferecidas atendem ao básico, mas poderiam ter melhor qualidade para tornar a experiência mais completa.

Ótima estadia. Única observação é o Estacionamento, ele é terceirizado, então além de pagar a diária do hotel, para usar o estacionamento com segurança é necessário pagar a diária do estacionamento também. Infelizmente não tem estacionamento incluso na diária.
