It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it!

Very friendly staff!

We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only observation, which may have been my fault for not notifying beforehand, is that my son is allergic and the bed linen was very perfumed. So I would advise anyone who is sensitive to strong perfumes to let them know so that they can prepare the room with this care. When I made this comment at reception, they asked me to let them know in advance in our next stay. Excellent! We will come back for sure!

Hotel precisa de ima reforma completa, quartos estao em pessima condição, paredes sujas, banheiros com pessima manutenção, faltando água quente no chuveiro, janela do banheiro mofada, carpete das escadas imundo, funcionarios da limpeza eu presenciei que não tem à mínima condição de trabalhar, usam pano de chão para limpar quartos e corredores. Vazamento de agua, realmente este hotel precisa de uma melhor administração e investimento. Fiquei hospedado por 14 dias e presenciei um hotel que a administração/ proprietários estão interessados em apenas receber $$$ a diária dos hospedes.

O hotel, apesar de antigo, esta impecável... nos sentimos em um hotel tradicional mas percebemos que deve ter passado por uma boa reforma e restauração recentemente. Toda equipe é muito agradável e simpática. As áreas de lazer sao excelentes: piscina externa gostosa (mas estava fria, nao conseguimos utilizar), piscina interna aquecida deliciosa junto com uma jacuzzi, academia, sala de jogos, tudo muito bem conservado, limpo e confortável. O bar, apesar de nao termos utilizado o espaço é muito legal, ficamos de dia de semana mas sei que final de semana é animado... o estacionamento é cobrado a parte, 25 reais por diária, mas funciona super bem a qualquer horário. Achei o quarto da frente um pouco barulhento pois dá pra rua que é uma das principais, mas na segunda noite ja estava preparada e nao estranhei tanto. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, pertinho da praça principal. Destaque para o café da manhã, muito completo, tudo fresco, uma delícia, um dos melhores cafés da manhã de hotel que ja comi. E para terminar, jantamos uma noite no Restaurante Scalata que fica dentro do hotel, nao dispensem essa experiência, pedimos pratos diferentes e todos estavam muito gostosos. Enfim, tudo nota 10, iremos voltar.

O quarto foi muito bom, ótima estrutura, roupa de cama limpa, banheiro em bom estado. Porém deixou a desejar sobre a cobrança do estacionamento, o mesmo é numa área externa ao hotel, e o acesso dele para o hotel é um pouco ruim. Pelo valor da diária, o estacionamento deveria ser incluso e não cobrado a parte! Outra questão é o elevador, muito pequeno para subir com hóspedes e bagagens . O café da manhã superou as expectativas, nível de 5 estrelas, os garçons ficam o tempo todo rodando para retirar a louça suja, é bem organizado, muita comida boa e gostosa!
