Great stay. Hotel manager letting the place down!
Posted 25 Jul 2023 on HotelsOverall, a great stay. Recent upgrades to the pool area are excellent. Pool and surrounding areas are both superb! New restaurant serves great food and drink, although very pricey for Turkey. Breakfast buffet was fine for the price paid. Rooms are in need of an update, but we're very clean, air conditioning worked well and were serviced by housekeeping daily. Beds allowed for good sleep each night. Staff at the hotel are amazing. BUT, I was far from impressed with the attitude and approach of the hotel manager. When discussing the lack of hot water in my room for a second day running, and being accused of lying, this left me feeling less than pleased. Thankfully, the rest of the hotel staff don't operate on the same values as the management! Hopefully the manager reads this and takes note!

The outside of Hotel looks like a new but the inside of rooms old conditions. I don't like it
Location is good because is close to sea but the rooms is not
TV very small & old :((

Smoky, old and inconvenient hotel
Posted 7 Feb 2022 on HotelsIt was sort of cold winter in Antalya and they did not have a properly working AC. Also, the room was smelling smoke all over. On the positive side, I can say that it was facing the sea and had a good view.
