This was located in the Old Town, parking, driving in that area is very difficult (parking was not possible). You have to park about a 8 minute walk away. But it was a great hotel. Old Town is amazing and there are so many places to eat and shop.

The girl that worked in this hotel was more then rude.When tried to talk to her she said no English .Without any explanation she was pushing me to sign visa receipt, which I signed because she was pushy. When they showed the room where we needed to stay I almost had a panic attack because the room has very very small window, I felt I was like in tunnel.I didn’t feel comfortable to stay in that room I asked the room with normal size of the window .They called someone who speaks English he said I have to pay if I want the room with windows . On the internet the price for the room was the same as the one I paid for. I tried to show them on the internet the price they didn’t want to look at it.I was was very disappointed with their behaviour and ended up crying.At the end they told me you have three choices: to stay in this room; to pay more to have better room or we will give you money. I gave them visa card and told them I want money back. They just ignored me.I came back tomorrow asking them why they didn’t accept my card , they told me that they cannot refund me today as the offer was for yesterday . They advised that Expedia, told them: “we heard your and her(mine) story we don’t know what happened, do not pay her(me) .”I contacted Expedia and they told me that they are still waiting for response from the hotel. I paid hotel room that I didn’t stay in. That was on Oct 4,2023 and I still have not received any response from them. Instead to enjoy my vacation I had this …

Mrs Sabrina The room you bought is our only room with a small window. In expedia, there are pictures of the room and it is also written that the window is small. When you arrived, you behaved in a way that disturbed our other customers. With all our good intentions, you walked away screaming, even though there was no cancellation policy. Since we did not know whether you would come or not, we could not give the room to another guest. As hotel employees, we work for guest satisfaction and are polite people. Frankly, this attitude and your comments saddened us.

Situated really good bang in the middle of everything but our room got very little light from outside, also the shower could do with updating breakfast was good a variety of a lot different salads ( Turkish breakfast only )

I was amassed how clean this property I enjoyed the stay. its great place for the location and quality of the place comparing to the price. I recomend the place.

We stayed in room 402 in August 30th 2023 for 4 nights. There was a dead coachroach on entering the premises. The room was a quite small for 4 people. We were shown to our room and then there was absolutely no service. I got extra toilet paper from the restaurant attached to the hotel. No one came to clean the room and the garbage kept piling up despite my request to have the room cleaned. We ate breakfast once. It was average, but you can only eat breakfast when the restaurant is open. If you need breakfast at 7am for example, you would be out of luck. The fellow at the reception was friendly but didnt know much about anything as he was new and he was rarely there. There is no lobby area, so when you are tired of your room, there is no place to go outside the room. The hallways were also dimly lit. The lighting was really inadequate. This hotel really need an upgrade. We were fooled by the image on expedia which did not reflect the aged hotel it is. A difficult experience on the whole. To my surprise, there were many other places in the neighbourhood with the same price and with so much more facilities.

The property is nice however the facilities could use with an refurbishment. The room we stayed the toilet was not so pleasant and during the whole stay there was no room cleaning. Overall nice place to stay close to all amenities

Property needs an upgrade. Breakfast was supposedly at 8am. It was moved to 8.30am. Yet when we sat down to dine at 8.30am, we were told that the kitchen staff wouldn't be in until 9am. We had tours booked so for the three days we were there, we weren't able to avail any breakfast at all because of the above reason. Aside from that, there was often no one in reception when we needed something.
