When we arrived we had a warm and friendly welcoming. The hotel had many pools bars food and a 24hr bar at the main The mini bar in the room was also all-inclusive.

Excellent for families great food very good Wi-Fi everywhere Some rooms need a refurb but overall excellent

Antalya trip crystal centro resort.

Great location! Good service.. we were a large group of 18 people. Best part was the Turkish bath the resort which was much much better then the one we had outside..Need to improve service in the area were we came to the hotel early morning 5am and had to pay full occupancy charge for previous day. We had a very late night flight and requested late checkout but the resort wanted to charge an additional fee. The guest manager was not accommodative and did not come to explain, we ended only talking to the guest services staff. Overall good experience.

Everything was good. A lots of things to do, good food, activities for all ages. Only the rooms were not for a 5 star hotel. They are big enough but needs to be renovated. Hotel stuff is excellent.

There is a big problen in the rooms. The air conditioner doesn't work well.i think it is too little..so.the room is always hot.the food was good,but at nights you will have a nightmare.even in the hallway was very hot.so,if you like to sleep well go to another hotel.
