Disgusting place has bed bugs!!!!!

This isn’t a bad stay for the price. Just depends on what you’re there for. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the towels were so stiff and scratchy. Coffee is just not something you want to even attempt. But overall not horrible. Unsure if I’ll stay again

The window/phone clerk attitude is not nice at all. His customer service is very poor. And on top of that the hotel is not up to par. My employees will not be coming back.

Posted 1 Jul 2023 on HotelsThey were rude ...locked me out of my room and kicked me out hours before check out!!! I apologize for needing the washer and dryer to wash clothes, i guess it was suspicious! Needless to say i left at 8 am with a bag full of wet clothes+

Thank you for your review! We did not kick you out of the room. You were a guest of the man who registered for the room. He might have kicked you out of the room. You came to the laundry area and sat there on your phone. You were not doing any laundry and you were speaking very loudly. This was causing a disturbance which is why we asked you to stay in your room or check out. Thank you!

The location was convenient but the hotel staff are bad. Complained about everything we did. Didn't want my kids in the pool because they told them NO SPLASHING or they have to get out. They come in your room when Yu tell them Yu don't want room service. Place is nice need better management and staff

Thank you for your review! We have rules for the pool to conserve it. The housekeeper must have came to your room to make sure you had everything you needed, but next time please put up a do not disturb sign on your door. Thank you!
