it is charming, clean and conveniently located for sightseeing.
The room was on the 4th floor and its elevator only goes to the 3d floor. we had skies and heavy luggage that we need to drug up the stairs. Fortunately, when we were leaving, an employee helped us with the luggage

Exceptionnal location within walking distance of the lake, the historical center and the train station.

A good hotel, but the employee named Tony is bad and rude and shouts loudly. I hope he will be fired. He does not respect the guests

Comfortable and classy Aparthotel
Posted 18 Nov 2023 on Hotels Well-located just a few blocks from the train/bus station and a block or so away from the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-appointed Aparthotel. Modern bathroom with heated towel rack. A nice renovated building with character inside. I will happily stay here if I return to Annecy.

Posted 29 Oct 2023 on HotelsLovely apartment in a fabulous location situated in the wonderful city of Annecy. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This was right in the centre of the city and reasonably priced, with all equipment you would expect from a good aparthotel. Highly recommended.
