Fine room but rude housekeeping / guest service
Posted 20 Nov 2021 on HotelsPerfectly fine room and nice to have parking - but checkout was at 11 am and housekeeping knocked on the door 3 times between 10-11 am and at checkout time, we were leaving and she said "s'il vous plaitttttt" as if we were inconvenencing her. Not the best guest service given that we were in the room for less than 12 hours.
We also checked in late - if you do so, make sure to call to get the code to enter as they don't give you late check-in details as most hotels would
