The staff are nice. The room is clean. The hotel is located close to the bus stop which is good for a customer with big luggages. However, it’s quite a walk to go to the center. At night, I don’t feel comfortable walking alone to/from center. It’s maybe just me.

Parking is a nightmare inside, no one could make it out of their parking spot in more than 3 minimum tries

Pros: Overall great guys on the desk and super helpful. Nice clean rooms and great location
Cons: Guests can smoke on the balconies and the smoke gets into your room through the ventilation. Also no umbrella offered for guests if raining.

The restaurant service was excellent. One criticism: the hotel advertises that it has parking on site but this is very limited

Just perfect for what we required - somewhere for one night close to centre of Annecy and a tried and tested hotel group. I am always very happy with Best Western Hotels
