Air conditioner wasn’t very good / not working Safe not working when we got there Could do with a light outside toilet by long mirror Very convenient for town, train station & bus station Worth the money

Great hotel to stay in Annecy

Nice hotel with cozy lobby. Spacious room with nice decor & good amenities. Kitchen compact but well designed and well equipped (it even has a dishwasher). Good location, near the Old Town and lake. Free coffee/tea in the lobby and friendly staff make our stay most enjoyable .

Very good staff, good convenient location. Small issue with cleanliness. Noisy traffic outside window. Also window needed fixed as no handle on it to open.
