Overall, very good experience. Main drawback was wi.fi only in public areas. Also, small en suite bathroom, and poor quality, thin, towels. But food, service, location all excellent.

Traditional hotel who cares about its guests

Pros: The staff cared about my enjoyment of the hotel.
Cons: All was good...
Location: a beautiful mountain town. I visited four mountain tops... a ski-resort... churches... squares... forests and Czech republic for lunch... fabulous
The food and the people in the hotel were wonderful. The quality and homeliness were very welcoming. They knew me as I entered the hotel and handed me my key...
The room was comfortable, clean and had a wonderful view over the town square.

Das Bad war alt und die Fliesenfugen verdrückt. Die Armaturen alt und ausgeleiert. Der Teppichboden sehr alt und total abgenutzt. Tapeten im Zimmer mit vielen Flecken.
