Jun checked me in, excellent as always. My room was on the first floor, and not large, but well laid out. There was a tear in the hem of my pillowcase, but a small thing and just a note. I do love the Kensington.

Room was clean, staff was great, bathroom sink was cracked. Bathroom was really small. Restaurant had good food but was always out of something or a couple of something’s. I would go back.

Nice staff. Very professional. Ben helped me get a different room ate at night when I complained the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room
