Rooms were decent and clean but the property is quite dated. The bathrooms have been updated but other features are old

Physical makeup of the property was a bit confusing. Initially the 1st two room options were not clean and fresh. We had to change 2x. Staff was nice all around.

Great hotel - but the rates go up really high during certain weekends.

The first room we were given was dirty and the toilet was broken. The staff was very kind and switched us to a clean room with a working toilet. There was a kids' hockey tournament on in the area, and the whole place was overrun by 8-10 year old boys tearing through the halls and riding the elevators for fun. That is the fault of their parents, but no one from the hotel appeared to do anything about it. Pretty unpleasant!
