Great location for walking around Ann Arbour, clean and spacious. Parking garage was a bit scary with homeless men sleeping in.

Not perfect--but darn close
Posted 7 Oct 2023 on HotelsOurs was a largish 2-bedroom apartment in a new building that is leasing. "Mitten" company manages a number of these (I imagine while they're waiting to be leased.) The apartment was a regular 2-bedroom--which means it had a full kitchen with a full fridge. It was modern, clean and fully stocked with everything, The beds were comfortable, one of the bathrooms had a tub, and the view was very nice. The building was also clean and very well managed. We were there for a medical situation at the UM Medical Center, and it could not have been better. As brief walk led to ice cream/chocolate parlors (2), restaurants and other urban delights. It might not have been perfect, but it was darn close.
