Posted 11 Dec 2020 on HotelsCheck in was smooth. Friendly staff but there was a language barrier, don't speak English. Room and amenities were very good. Location excellent if you have work with embassies.

A serviceable stay
Posted 23 Nov 2020 on HotelsChose the hotel for location near embassies, but the stay was better than the review score suggested! On first glance the decor was a bit tired, but this belied some important aspects - it was warm and had good heating, the shower had good pressure and the bed was one of the comfiest I can remember sleeping in a long while. Staff didn't speak much English but were accommodating and kind.

all the safe boxes were destroyed.
they catch more money for each night an unfortunately their pictures on websites were completely different with two types of pictures in hotels.com

There is no AC and its very important because inside the room it is 32 degrees

It was very clean hotel. Service was better 7 out of 10 ..Room was very clean and quite. High-end Area. All the embassies are around that area so very safe and very quite.

Disappointing
Posted 5 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe check in went fine, the property looked very nice, and made a good first impression. But later a new receptionist said he was going to cancel our reservation since they had the wrong CC info even though I had already paid for our stay. It took more than 2 hours of phone calls over 2 days to get hotels.com resolve the issue with them. Lack of Turkish speaking staff at hotels.com and English speaking staff at the property made it very frustrating to be in the middle of "their" payment mess.
Other issues included non-working AC in the middle of summer, and the elevator not working intermittently. Also during the first night, the downstairs restaurant played very laud music well past midnight.
