I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. Thank you so much.

Perfect for the station. Clean and bright. Very comfortable

Some of the woodwork and decoration looking a bit tired and worn but still clean.
Aircon not brilliant but working. Being upgraded/replaced at the moment.
Bedd very comfortable
Breakfast good selection and well presented

Conveniently placed but the room was tired and grubby so only stayed one of the two nights that \i had paid for

Very desapointing
Posted 12 Jan 2020 on HotelsLady at the réception very nice but hôtel terrible. Need serious refurb. Value for money terrible. Never to stay there again.
