As in all things, there were some excellent points, and some not so much. Years ago when I was in hospitality industry, we noted there were some 'front of the house' and some 'back of the house' people. The front desk person definitely was not a welcoming 'front of the house' person.
The breakfast provided was excellent, and the guy doing it was excellent!
We were there 4 nights, and linens / towels weren't changed during our stay, nor was the room cleaned. Is it accepted nowadays to only do that when someone checks out?

this hotel room was the dirtiest room we have ever stayed in. I have pictures if you want me to send. The bathroom tub and sink were dirty, the bathroom faucets were rusted, the water backed up into the tub. we didn't even want to take showers in it. the walls of the bathroom were stained and looked like mold or dirty in all the spaces between the tile. dust caked on the sofa. dust on the bed hardware, and the carpet had been wet and reeked of wet carpet. we stayed because we had no place to go and were attending a graduation the next morning, but it was awful. never again at Ramada.

the facility had cockroaches and refused to refund a two nights stay after only a couple hours of being there

The pool area looked like it had not been cleaned, the pool itself was pealing and chipped around and inside it. We booked this place because they offered an inside pool which was not useable. The site says that there was a restaurant & bar and that was another disappointment. The hot water tanks broke so couldn’t shower, they moved us to another room and not sure why because it also didn’t have hot water.overall it is a very overpriced hotel!! We asked for some kind of discount because of false advertising and for the inconvenience of unable to use the showers! We were told no! Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND! The place needed to be SHUTDOWN!!
