Very hot in rooms. A/C not working loud noises all around, would not stay here again

Posted 17 Sep 2023 on HotelsIt was a warm day when we arrived and the AC did not work in our assigned room. The front desk clerk kept ignoring our complaints and told us that the technician said the AC system was "working fine". But the tecnician never even came to our room. After we complained again, we were moved to another room. The AC did work in the second room, but not as well as a good AC system should. There was a kettle in the room along with a supply of coffee and tea, which is nice to have. However, the only cups provided were flimsy paper cups that were too hot to hold when they contained hot liquid. Ceramic cups, or even sturdy paper cups would be an improvement. The bed was comfortable and there was a choice of pillows. All of the other staff, except the one mentioned previously, were very cordial and very helpful.

We we’re staying here for the second time as we loved the hotel for the convenience price and staff
Breakfast was very good a lot of choice.
We will stay here again as restaurant in hotel was very good also

Great hotel which is very clean, spacious and in the heart of Angers. The staff was very hopitable. I definite
"must stay" if going to Angers!

Well located but hotel is a bit dated and need a refresh. No safe in room and not very well decorated.
Location outstanding close to everything. Staff very pleasant and helpful
