No trash can in room. Stayed for three days, room wasn’t cleaned. They just replaced the water and towels. Left sign on bed for linen to be changed and it wasn’t.

Hi Mr. Jeremy, thank you for your review. This is important to us. On your second day, you only requested for change of towels and replenish the water, no need for room cleaning. On the third day, our staff missed to ask you if you wish to have your room be cleaned. In the afternoon, we tried to call you to ask, however our call was not answered. It is a lack on our end to ask you for permission to enter your room for room cleaning when you passed by in the morning.. We will make sure to do better next time. Our sincerest apologies.
