Hotel staff were very nice and helpful! Loved the jacuzzi in the comfort room. Room service was quick. Will definitely be going back!

Boring
Posted 3 Sep 2023 on HotelsThis was a disappointing stay and unfortunately everything is going backward at this hotel. We had a 6-day stay and our room was not cleaned till the 3rd day and that was after I asked for it to be cleaned. It was cleaned again on day 4 but not again for the remainder of our stay. The aircondition was noisy so we could not get a good night sleep, and the TV not work after day 1. The excuse for the TV not working was they were having problems with the "service provider", which usually translates to "we not pay the cable TV bill". Restauraunt food was boring and I can understand why no one eats dinner there. There were other problems but the above were the main ones. Anyway my partner and I agreed this hotel is on our black list for at least the next 12-months and maybe by later 2024, it will have fixed their problems.

front desk staff great service, very helpful in any thing you brought to their attention. one in perticular Dianne very helpful to customers. overall excellent staff.

Best hotel on perimeter road in the newer rooms overlooking the pool. Breakfast for two included 👍

property is generaly not to bad. but I paid for room with pool view,instead I was looking at some power plant, dogs barking all night. It is not value for money

I think after the Pandemic, very expensive.
Posted 1 Feb 2023 on HotelsThe Wifi & TV service very disappointing, non existent to be honest. The internal TV picture very fuzzy & dull, channels very limited. The water was tepid not Hot. I think for the price quite high, for the limit services, gym equipment out dated. On a positive note food excellent, very clean and the staff were very polite. I think upgrading their wifi system, Tv services would definitely give this hotel justice.
