Hotel staff are very nice. Property needs a little renovation zpecially on the bathroom but overall the stay is fair for the price.

The parking is not sufficient and a little congested. The car traffic flow needs to be reorganized or realigned.

WiFi is very slow and sometimes not working..... cable not working most of the time... I never have no sleep because of the noise level from the traffic all night and day..... most terrible vacation I have..... i wouldn’t recommend the place....

Simple place to stay, good enough for the night. However there is lots of noise from construction early in the morning and karaoke nearby. Windows are not soundproof so outside sounds like traffic and singing could be heard.

The place and and services are nice. Except the Wifi connection is too slow.

Well first impression on this hotel, it's smell as soon as you go in. Smells like you can smoke in the lobby. I reserved a family room on this hotel, but when I check in on the day of my reservation, they don't have the room for me and trying to downgrade my reservation to twin bedroom. There's 5 of us, how are we supposed to fit on a standard room. but I thank them anyway. I ended up staying at Best western hotel at Clark Pampanga. and it's way better and cheaper Plus we have free dinner on a Japanese restaurant.
