Not pleasing to the eyes and no visible hotel sign

Place looked very sketchy. Tried to see what the place looked like inside since I prepaid and door man stated he couldn’t let me see until he talked to higher ups. I showed him my reservation with the hotel name and address but still he insisted on confirming with supervisor. So I ended up biting the bullet and went to another hotel. No visible signs of the place and looks like a ran down apartment.

Clean but poor communication on check in but it was decent enough for a 1 night trip to Angeles. It’s an apartment in an old building.

Okay for an Apartment stay

This was set up more as an apartment rental than a hotel stay. Upon arrival, had received no check in information as there was not front desk as expected. Went through a dark hall looking for my apartment. Luckily a local or neighbour knew the contact person was across the street. The apt was cleaned once during the 5 night stay. I think more frequent service is possible. The key is communication. Once I was able to make contact with the owner in the USA through Hotels.com’s very helpfu new messaging service, he was able to pass messages to the contact person across the street as he was sometimes working elsewhere and didn’t have a phone. Both of them were very willing to help and make my stay as pleasant as possible. Upon check out I accidentally left some money in the safe. The contact person put it aside for me and I was able to retrieve it with no problem. The wi-fi was very good!

Toilet broken, bathroom not super clean. Not enough beds/towels for guests booked for. No communication with manager of site. Do not recommend staying here.

We are most of the time fully booked for the last 2 years. If what you said is true,, then we will never be booked. Plenty towels and bedding. We have 24 hours staff to take care of your needs. 24 hours security. The reception office is open 24 hours. If you had any issues you could easily contact us to resolve any problems if there is. Not sure why you would say that. We are always available to help our guest. Not sure what more I need to say. It's sad that you are not telling the truth.

I didn't had a tawel service and cleaning room service while i visit in this room each one time. And security box was accident for no open but i keep a master key already, I could open a box . Any way front service is nobody here , so be careful.

Our reception office is open 24 hours a day. We always do daily cleaning upon request. Not sure why you dd not contact us to resolve any issue, Regards Phil

他室で飼っている犬や猫が、外でウロウロして滞在中二度部屋に入って来ました、ペットは禁止のはず。 スタッフはフレンドリーでいい人でしたが、滞在しておらず、メールで対応していました。

部屋に蟻が沢山います シャワーの排水が悪い アメニティが貧弱 タオルチェンジに時間がかかります 女の子のID チェックがないので、何か合った際は自己責任になります、ある程度危険予測出来る方にオススメなhotel

最悪の高価格コンドミニアム

エクスペディアの地図を基に現地に到着したら、空き部屋がないとのことで、別の場所に移ってほしいと言われ、じゃあキャンセルすると言ったら、返金はできないとのこと。場所が気に入って、bookingしたにもかかわらず、フィールズから遠い場所になりました。設備も写真とは違い、ボロボロでした。近くを散歩したら、ここの半額くらいで設備も十分なホテルが見つかったので、エクスペディアやアゴダから予約するのは、逆に割高だと経験しました。

After all the help that we provided to you and did the upgrade for free it's strange to read your review. We are most of the time full booked we repeat guest..... If what you said was true then we will be out of business. Very disappointed.

アンヘレス市のメインストリートに近い最近Expediaに登録されたコンドミニアム

Pros: 施設の出入り口に警備員がおり、部屋の安全が確保されているところ。 アンヘレス市のメインストリートに近く、生活に便利なところ。
Cons: Expediaでの予約を把握し、チェックイン対応をすること。 辺りで工事をしていた影響か防音性が低いように感じた。
Location: アンヘレス市のメインストリートに近いため、生活には困らない。 タクシーやトライシクルで10分程度のところに射撃を体験できるところがある。
住所通りの場所に行くとコンドミニアムの警備員をしている人がいたため、滞在先の名称として「Luxury Suite E」を伝えてが、ここではないと言われた。辺りを一周したが該当する場所がなかったため、再度、住所通りの場所に行き、警備員にExpediaで予約したことなどを説明した。その結果、管理者に連絡がつき住所通りの場所で合っていることが分かりチェックインすることができた。
