Very nice place. Cozy, felt like home. The owner was friendly and took care of us like family.

The middle of nowhere!
Posted 18 Oct 2018 on HotelsWell if you want to find peace in the middle of nowhere yet with amenities a short drive away, this is your place! Outside the door you can walk through pastures and vineyards under a big sky with little light pollution at night! Some might find the morning braying of the donkeys something negative but my wife and l loved it and them! Inside was cosy and comfy with everything to hand for cooking and for lovely relaxing meals together! Checking in and out was easy and fast ! The only negative point was the Wifi which was sometimes rather poor!

Hello, thank you very much for so nice review, we were not in place so we waiting for you in the future... usually wifi is good enough, sorry for that. We still working on that issue.

A Taste of Rural France
Posted 4 Sep 2018What a FABULOUS property in the most beautiful area of France. From the moment you arrive you are at home - Lina has anticipated everything and the Gite is clean, well provided and comfortable. Nothing disturbs the tranquility - only the donkeys, owls and occasional cockerel can be heard. A great location for exploring the chateaux of the Loire - Chenonceau, Amboise and Chambord are all at hand and the sparkling wine cellar trip at €3.00 per head (refunded against purchase) is the best value ever. Highly recommended for a short break 3/5 nights. Follow the balloon to the launch venue and experience the spectacle of the take off - or book ahead and take a flight

Posted 18 Oct 2023 on HotelsNous avons passé un très bon sejour au gîte Près des Montgolfières. Au calme, avec vue sur les lamas, tout etait parfait. La cuisine est spacieuse et très bien équipée. L accueil est très sympathique. Il y a tout le nécessaire et même plus pour se sentir comme chez soi. Peut-être un petit bemol sur la literie de la chambre adulte mais nous y avons tout de même bien dormi. Nous y reviendrons’avec plaisir.

Proprietaria gentilissima. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, curata in tutti i particolari. Unico neo un odore un po' di "umido". Non fanno la colazione. Posizione tranquillissima in mezzo al verde.
