Quality of stay was very good. Only issue was the dinner menu of fixed courses - we sometimes went out for a large lunch and preferred an option of a simpler meal.
Breakfast service was lovely. Staff were professional and pleasant.
The grounds are well kept and the pool and the view is exceptional.

We had an idyllic stay here at the end of our trip exploring Puglia. The location is stunning with amazing views over the countryside, particularly from the beautiful pool, and we enjoyed watching some glorious sunsets over dinner on the terrace.
The food was excellent and the chef was happy to adapt the menu for us as vegetarians. The focaccia was particularly good.
In short, an extremely relaxing and enjoyable place to stay and we'd love to have stayed longer!

A MUST if in the area
Posted 24 Apr 2023 on HotelsWONDERFUL PLACE with terrific staff. The breakfast was perfect -- made to order fried eggs! They also make very good oil and wine!

This place is huge! The food is authentic and curated from the region, the wine is made in Lama di Luna itself, the limoncello is also made in-house.
The swimming pool has an amazing view to the acres of land.
One of the best destination near Andria.
P.S: Allen is the house dog who will cuddle you and probably steal your slippers 😂

Gorgeous unique property. Large farm estate well cared for albeit a bit remote - which has its pros and cons ( mostly pros ).
Sits on an area of some elevation with breathtaking views of the surrounding agricultural lands of well manicured vineyards and olive trees. View extends ~20 km to the Adriatic Sea. From what we understood, this property is completely self sufficient and ‘off grid’, although you would never know this to be the case.
Beautiful large pool - well kept and landscaped - surrounded by olive trees and stacked stone walls- which run throughput the estate.
Staff generally wonderful.
Only area which could use some improvement is breakfast. Seems to be understaffed and, perhaps as a result of that, they come across far less friendly than the remainder of the staff - which go out of their way to assist. A small increase in breakfast selection would go a long way. Did not have dinner there but lunch was both of far better presentation and content.
Fantastic overall !!!

A special place in the Alta Murgia
Posted 28 May 2018 on HotelsIf you stay at Lama di Luna, expect an unbelievable experience. It is a working masseria, producing olive oil and wine, that also has a number of luxurious and spacious guest rooms. The views of the Alta Murgia are incredible--including from the infinity pool and the terrace outside the dining room. They have two friendly dogs who also love the view. It is very close to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Frederick II's Castel del Monte. And the staff is amazingly gracious and professional. I could not recommend it more highly.
