We had a cockroach in our room that was dying. It looked like it had been poisoned, which makes me think it was an existing issue.

Good tidy hotel but don't stay when it's hot
Posted 15 Aug 2021 on HotelsHotel was fine, however we chose this hotel because it has a pool and air conditioning in the rooms. Unfortunately it wasn't until we retired for the night when it was 30c did we discover that the hotel has no air conditioning of fans, meaning the most painful night with no sleep. Very disappointing.

Great - just get the air-conditioning working...
Posted 30 Aug 2019 on HotelsNice hotel, clean and with welcoming staff. Air-conditioning in rooms need major upgrade tho - suffocating heat and unable to open windows as advised for reason for mosquitoes - shame - the only missing point. Dinner on location and their team was out of this world - and they welcome dogs so overall, a location to use again (but not under extreme heat...).

The system we have in the hotel is not like a usual air-conditioning, it's a general system to refresh the global air and not an individual system to have cold air. well managed hotel. quiet and clean room. Staff are very kind. Air conditioner is weak at summer time.
