"The place is beautiful, located in a quiet and safe area. It was very clean, and there are small stores conveniently close by. I stayed with my kids, and they truly enjoyed the stay as well. Ana was very attentive and patiently answered all my questions, including giving great recommendations. I highly recommend this place 😊"

"GREAT HOST, VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERTANDING. GOOD LOCATION HOWEVER THE APARTMENT NEEDS A BIT OF TLC AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED HOWEVER EVERY DAY WAS EXACT SAME THING. PARKING WAS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE WHICH WAS VERY APPRECIATED AND CONVENIENT. THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITH NO 24/7 LOBBY OR CLEANING SERVICE, IN CASE YOU THINK IT IS A HOTEL-LIKE SETTING - IT IS NOT. OVERALL, I THINK IT IS A GREAT OPTION TO EXPLORE QUITO AND THE AREA. "

"Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. "
