This is a world class hotel that provides every convenience one can hope for. The prompt courtesy pick up from the airport to the included a delicious breakfast buffet every morning, the clean rooms and comfortable beds, fantastic mountain views, and the exceptional customer service personnel at the front desk made our stay at this property a memorable five star experience for us.

The presentation of long stem roses was amazing in the lobby. The airport shuttle was easy and quick. The room was AMAZING! Bathroom scale, modern makeup mirror with seat, sitting room, 2 bathrooms, adjustable bed.. etc. didn’t have time to try food or spa. Next time I’ll stay here for sure!!

I was greeted by name and a smile from Fernando. The room was very nice. Before I left that morning, I noticed a loose screw on my luggage. They were able to tighten the screw. Staff was great!

We have stayed at EB while in Quito previously -- they never disappoint! EB's Staff goes out of their way to be helpful and considerate. The rooms are spacious and well appointed-- always very clean and comfortable. The fact that there is little turn-over in staff speaks volumes, too. Mr Rafael, Mr GianFranco, Jose, Matteo, Santiago, Fredie -- every staff member we've interacted with has been Top-Notch! High praises to all.
