The property was just fine with pleasing decor and amenities. Our room needed some repair/attention.

This property was just okay, did not live up to Fairfield status or the price that was charged for the room. All the little things about our room just added up. Toilet sounded like it was going to go through the floor when flushed. Only coffee for one (room for two), air conditioner rattled all night long and foot traffic noisy until late. (I realize that is not the hotels fault).

We were here for a 1 night stay. Room was very nice. Clean but had a little musty smell when we first walked in. Breakfast was good.

We arrived around 9pm with a confirmed reservation. We checked in and went to the room and it was trashed. It looked like someone was still staying there and the rooom and bathroom were filthy, bed not made, etc. We went back to the desk and we’re told they didn’t have any other rooms and didn’t have anyone to clean the room. We had to find another hotel on our own that was over an hour away. Having already driven for 15 hours this was not the way to end our day. Terrible experience.

Very nice new property with many upgrades. Very good breakfast. Easy access and located next to a very good restaurant, Harrison’s Bar and Grill.

I reserved the room on Expedia based on being pet friendly, when I got there to check in they informed me it was service dogs only. The manager was kind enough to let us stay if not we would have had a problem since I prepaid the room. This is the third time I’ve had issues with Expedia and may be my last attempt to book through Expedia.
