Some Guests had 2 large dogs on leash out by parking lot most times we went to car. The dogs barked and pulled on leashes so it was a little disconcerting.

For just an overnight stay, our room was fine. I was disappointed that there was limited amenities such as no coffee maker in the room, no shampoo in the bathroom, and only a couple of large towels. One of our lights near the bed did not work and there was not even a continental breakfast. However, there were restaurants nearby including a Cracker Barrel and a gas station for a breakfast or a quick cup of coffee. Room, linens, and bathroom were clean, though. Bottom line...you get what you pay for and the price was affordable.

in the past this hotel aloud smoking, and the deodorizer that is being used is very strong and unpleasant.

They were under construction, that’s fine but the staff were rude, no elevator so we climb to floors with all of our stuff, the bed was the most uncomfortable my wife & I have EVER slept in. It had snowed and your key card to get in wouldn’t work. The room was NOT clean especially bathroom. Just terrible all the way around.
