Check in was very easy and quick. That was the only good thing. I have stayed at this Days Inn in the past and was satisfied with the service and the accommodations but not this time. We stayed on the lower floor in a handicapped room. There was a funky smell that refresh spray and air freshener could not kill. The carpet was so nasty we couldn't take our shoes off. The bathroom had black mold on the tub tiles and around the baseboards under the sink. The mattress cover had urine stains on it, (Hello-BLEACH!!). I removed it. Luckily, I didn't see any bugs. We ended up sleeping in our clothes. Breakfast consisted of UNWRAPPED muffins and beverages. Nothing as the pictures showed online. I will give them credit here as we were told the breakfast area was being remodeled and the fruit and waffles would be back in a few weeks. The only reason we stayed was because we couldn't get our money back due to policy. Being as it is independently owned, they can refuse refund. Yes, I read the reviews and most of them were bad. But we had stayed there in the past and it was a nice place, so I was willing to give it the benefit of doubt. Being it was during Covid that we stayed probably made a difference of cleanliness but still that standard of clean and sanitary should not ever be disregarded. Days Inn is a quality place for the price to stay but they need to send a representative to this place to do something or pull the Days Inn sign. Won't be staying again until the reviews get better

Cheap stay is about the only plus. Guys at the desk were on the rude side, and hard to understand. We won't stay here again.

It was just for a quick one night stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Couldn’t ask for more for the price.

Horrible customer service. Stay anywhere but here. I find it hard to belive anyone gave this hotel a good rating.

This place is a garbage dump. Whyndam should be ashamed!! This place is dirty!! Stay away!! For what we paid it should be nicer!!
