My family was woken up on the first night of our trip at 11pm by a call from the front desk. The woman on the orher end told me that there were multiple noise complaints about my room and she knew I had a dog in my room as well. I tried to explain that we were all asleep and there was NO DOG. She told me that they had cameras and I would be charged if they saw me with a dog. I again said that there was absolutely no pet in our room and hung up.
The next morning, I went to the office to see what had been misconstrued. On my way, i saw cars double parked, parked in fire lanes and no way out of the parking lot. I was treated rudely by the woman at the desk who claimed it was another person on staff who had made the call. No apology was given.
I also asked about the parking lot and was told not to worry because most people would be leaving for Disneyland soon and it would clear out.
This is just not the accommodation that I prefer for my family in the future.
I have emailed the Ramada with my concerns and have received no response which tells me that one family just doesn't make enough difference to them.

Breakfast was great very convenient and close to Toy Story parking lot to walk to catch a tram to go to Disneyland.

I enjoyed our stay but parking was a very big issue. It was hard to find parking spots at night.
