This place is lovely and quiet and had a great view of the park from our room. So convenient to walk to the parks. We were gonna make it our go-to from now on but sadly, the cleaning staff reported that one of the water bottles in our room that the hotel leaves in there was opened and we were charged $6 for it. We always bring our own bottles of water so we didn't even touch the bottles that were in there. When I called to dispute the charge, they said that the cleaning staff had reported that one of the bottles was open and they could not refund me. I would have to call somebody else to escalate the "complaint". I just don't want to take any more time out of my life to call another number. What a disappointment. We don't feel comfortable staying at this hotel, knowing they can just charge us for whatever they want to. Really sad.

Hotel Lulu was a great property. It was close to DL park, only a 10 minute walk. CVS and Walgreens were close for anything you need. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The welcome cocktail was an added bonus! Rooms were nice. Not much for a coffee maker in the room. Only a kettle with instant coffee but free coffee was available in the lobby each day. Overall, we would stay at hotel Lulu again.

I like how close it was to the Toy Story parking lot. Warning: watch out for the trees in parking lot-white stuff shedded and was on the car. Hard and sticky but was able to wash off.

Hotel was located in a great location. Very close to many attractions. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not have any housekeeping while we were there for 4 nights and I had to put my trash out and ask for more towels but that wasn’t a big issue. Hotel rooms could use a little updating but overall would stay here again.
