While staying at the hotel , I told the staff there that the water from the sink is very unclean and the wifi was not working probably in my room, and the staff was smirking at me, and said she will tell people to check for me. And until i left the hotel , nothing has been done . The water from the sink is still unclean. The wifi still not working

Staff was very friendly, pool area was great for families (had pool floaties and games for kids, a fire pit for night time) happy hour by the pool the drink and tacos were great.
Good location with a Walgreens and Starbucks almost right next door

I enjoyed my stay, all amenities were great and everything is walking distance. Cleanliness was Top tier. However, the walls are thin and could hear noise. Other than that great service!

Functional and consistent. Not grand but above average and you CAN do worse around the DL resort area.
Has been my hotel for years and will probably stay that way.

I really liked how friendly all the staff were even late at night. I think it’s perfect if you’re visiting for Disneyland. There are also a good number of pretty decent places around for a quick bite. Room itself was really nice with really comfy bed. Overall, I’d like to say I’d book again soon!

Upon check in they did not offer welcome drinks, but they did to the guests that checked in after us which is bizarre as they did this for each one of my stays prior.
Checking into the room, we had a bed that had blood stains, and a shower that had mold.
Day of departure we had paid for a late check out, but housekeeping kept
Coming around trying to kick us out prior to the late checkout that was granted and charged for

So my family absolutely loved it here clean quiet and within walking distance to our favorite places. My only complaint is that the phone rang at 345 am and it said we needed to exit the hotel but my husband called downstairs and it was an accident. But it woke my son up. But that was really nothing the beds were so comfortable and the pool was so nice and the games for the kids outside were amazing. We definitely stay here again for sure😁

I have been here quite a few times. The rooms are clean and the amenities are good. The bathroom is kept clean. The people who work here are very polite and helpful. The property is clean parking is easy
