The worst hotel stay and i was only here for a couple hours. I stayed here a few years ago and loved it. It was nothing like a i remember. First, the area around the hotel is scary. Way worse than i remember. If youre taking your fam to disney, i wouldnt stay anywhere past the portifino. The area gets really unsafe after that. The hotel was much more run down than i remember. They changed us a $30 early check in fee for checking in ONE HOUR before check in. Which i thought was a little much. Our hotel room was dingy, musty, smelly, sticky (lots of sticky surfaces) and giant looking ants all over the bathroom. We also needed more towells and a new remote because ours was disgusting and broken. It took FIVE requests via phone and me going into the lobby before we got towells. Never got the remote. At 1 point i called the lobby about the remote and rebecca was insanely rude and hostile towards me. When i asked to talk to a manager she told me 1 wouldnt be in for days and they dont respond to after hours texts/calls. I told her i didnt feel comfortable staying somewhere where the front desk is so rude and i cant talk to a manager for days. It took an hour of expedia fighting with them before i got the refund. Rebecca mocked me, laughed at me, and had a large maintenence man follow me and my daughters around and intimidate us. If we didnt get out when we did i think they were going to physically attack us. I think they do it on purpuse so youll leave and they can keep your money.

Good for a quick business trip but the desk chair in the room was filthy.

The hotel is down the street from the tog story parking lot. Its hard to find one room that fits 6 ppl. There were 2 queens in one room and a bunk bed in a little room with a door. 2 bathrooms so we could all get ready faster. Plus it was quiet. Ive stayed at clarion. Kings inn. One of the best westerns. This was low cost and best bang for my bucks. Breakfast included!

Front desk staff could have been more friendly but the ladies who worked the breakfast area were awesome! It is hard to find a hotel with a hot breakfast included so we made sure to eat before we left for the park each morning. It was convenient to ride ART to and from the park with a bus approximately every 30 minutes.

Pool and hot tub nice. Facility needs updating. Towels very coarse. Had to ask for blankets, sheets very thin, no top comforter.
