We had the worst experience with this establishment! Cleanliness and customer service was poor! I booked two rooms for 2 nights for myself and my sister. We ended up having bed bugs! When we called the front desk in the morning they were un-sympathetic and offered no apology. They simply told us we could move rooms or they could refund us for one night. They refused to refund us for the first night. When we went to get refunded for the second night their printer was conveniently not working. I have yet to receive my refund. I highly doubt they were going to address the bed bug issue and just book the room after we left. So disgusting! Never again!

The room we got was so unsanitary and felt so uncomfortable. We got a shed of a hotel room for one. We felt like we were in a scary movie lol. Anyways as we were scoping around the room we were gonna close the door, and a crack head called us a gay slur. We stayed for about 30 min trying to find another hotel before we checked in. We tried looking for the positive but there was none.

My stay was not bad but it was not great. Everything was great until it seemed like it was a problem to go back to our room, after we thought we had got everything out, went to front desk and the reception seemed like he woke up on the wrong sode of the bed because he was not happy to wake up and offer customer service. Sorry not sorry. Also, we were woken up at 2:59 am to cops and choppers in the area looking for someone, that was unsettling and was hard to go back to sleep. Overall our stay was “you get what you pay for!” So for the price, I guess.
