Great property and location. Restaurant and bar was outstanding. Literally across the street from Disneyland/California Adventure.
What I didn't like was being given a piece of paper to sign. It was highlighted where to sign and initial, which was confirming car info, no smoking agreement, etc. It also asked how many guests in room, which i wrote down two.
When I checked out there was an additional 2.00 owed for a "donation" i agreed to. Next to one of the highlighted areas was very fine print that I agreed to a dollar donation for every guest.
I think that was complete BS. No idea who this "donation" went to but I find it very questionable that this was not mentioned at check in and was not clear on the paperwork.

Checkin wasn’t until 4. Even though we tried for early checkin had to wait.

Walking distance to Disney, staff were helpful, rooms were clean and family friendly amenities in room.

The main reason we stayed at this property was to try the new rooftop bar/restaurant . When we checked in we were informed it was closed our entire stay. This was irritating because we weren’t informed of it’s closure on their website nor in the email the hotel sent us regarding our stay days prior. Had we known that prior to our trip, we would have booked this location another time.
The rooms were nice but the only issue we had is we heard every person walking or running by our room. Other than that it’s a good location to stay after a day in the park.
