Terrible experience, last guest left trash, AC unit fell apart, very dirty

There were a few hiccups with the key card not working and the AC u it being broken. But the staff was great and fixed it as soon as it was brought up. They were great.

Facility outdated, doors to the outside were propped open one time with a large aloe Vera leave & another time with aluminum foil. They didn’t have some kitchen items available for several days.
Staff were friendly & accommodating.

I think that a portion of this property is being utilized for some subsidized housing. They were people standing right outside of the lobby, smoking marijuana, as well as people in the parking lot, sitting in their cars with the windows open smoking marijuana. Freeway noise. I would not stay at this property again.

Rooms were filthy, if you need shampoo you have to ask at front lobby.
There were hairs and dirt in the tub.

In a pinch, this is an ok place to stay. When I got there, the lobby, elevator, and room were dingy, and there were no kitchen items...you have to request them. There were also people smoking so badly that it spilled over into the hallways.
