I like to stay in Embassy because l like the rooms and they are usually very clean. This one was the exception, carpet was filthy and the room overall was super old

They didn’t have enough towels for my family and I, there reason was that they had a baseball team or softball team staying there, the kids were playing tag all over the hotel until about 11:00pm we couldn’t go to sleep because of the noise they were playing with the elevator all night I had to use the stairs to go to my car twice

This is an older property which is fine but not when you can tell it needs fixing. Our room had holes in the carpet and one of our dining chairs needed replacing so we couldn’t use it. The bathroom didn’t feel clean as when we took a shower we could see hand prints on the mirror from not being wiped down properly. On our last day there someone had spilled a whole mess of food in the elevator and it smelled terrible. I went to tell the front desk so they could have someone clean it but no one was there or anywhere for that matter. The breakfast buffet was ok, it was a continental breakfast served buffet style, the fruit was very good though.

The room and property was clean. It just need some updating, like new carpet, and the bathroom was pretty dated. Staff was very nice and helpful though.

Overall, it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. At first, the TV wasn’t working. After a couple of moving cords and patience, it worked. They were a few dusty spots, spider webs, and rusty areas especially around the windows. The curtains were dirty and had stains on the outside and inside. Our bathroom door was very squeaky, so for our sleepy baby, it was difficult for us to use the restroom with a very noisy door. Lastly, the elevators took awhile to arrive. Staff were great, the breakfast was great, and the overall stay was good.
