The hotel is the perfect choice for any family visiting the Disneyland Resort area. We are located right in the middle of everything the area has to offer. The Gardenwalk Shopping Center, Downtown Disneyland and many other stores offer shopping opportunities. We are also within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center, the House of Blues, and of course both of the Disneyland theme parks. As one of the only hotels to offer Free Parking, Free Wi Fi, and No Resort Fees, the Castle Inn & Suites is the best value to be found! We hope you come back to stay with us again soon!

The staff was outstanding. From check in to check out, this crew was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The customer service is what made me give 5 stars. The location is excellent for Disneyland and is about a 15 minute walk. There are lots of places to eat and even grab souvenirs after leaving the park on your way back to the hotel. This is an excellent value choice in the area.

The front desk staff were are super friendly and nice. The cleaning crew did an amazing job with keeping our room nice and cozy. The towel folding and bows brought delight to our child after a long day of walking. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Great place if you are renting a mobility scooter as they allowed it. to be parked and charged in the lobby area

Smelled like someone urinated in one of the AC units and lotion and conditioner weren't standard products provided, otherwise the stay was good. Did not have a shuttle to and from airport.

We only regret that we did not have the opportunity to address your concerns during your visit. The hotel can provide lotion and conditioner upon request for the guests. If there is any issue regarding maintenance or housekeeping, just let the front desk know and we will have it addressed right away. While the hotel does not have our own private transportation, there are several options including shared ride services, private transportation, and taxi services available. Fantastic location and great room. Only negative is bins are collected very early which is noisy, although most mornings we were up and early for park opening anyway. Very close to parks and would definitely stay again!
