The first room was gross. Roaches, rust on the drain, wreaked of cigarettes. I had my family and children with me and this is not a place I’d recommend to stay what so ever. There was too much activity going on outside in the late hours that made my family feel uncomfortable essentially unsafe. The manager was accommodating and gave us a new room. The next room was better. It was mostly clean just looked wore down.

Pool was open to public and dirty. Hot water was not working, indefinitely. Door locks had cardboard in them and drywall on the floor. Not safe. People on the steps smoking Marijuana, Only a "night" window to check in, even at 5pm. Downgraded our room and pictures are extremely false and T.v.s did not work and maintenance wanted to stay and made my daughter even more uncomfortable Booked a new hotel after only being there for maybe 30 minutes before making a new reservation somewhere else. No refund. No understanding. I paid for 2 nights. Dont trust there pictures or deals.

The online pictures are NOTHING like the property! Dirty nasty walls, bathrooms with mold on the walls and shower heads, hair everywhere, weird smells. Then read reviews the day before that there was homicide and swat on the premises to remove a tenant. Called Expedia to get a full refund and the front desk manager said all he could do was give me a different room. This property is not safe at all and I am appalled that Expedia has kept them on the list of available hotels. Expedia wouldn’t give me a refund either only a $35 credit to use on another hotel not even half of my cost of the room I stayed in for less than 1 hour. I would leave ZERO stars if I could.

Ac was not sealed from outside so there were roaches inside the room

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
