We rented the family suite. It was not as advertised. We were supposed to have more beds. The AC did not work. The bathroom fans did not work. The TV did not work. There was no hot water. We had to go shower elsewhere. There were no amenities, paper, etc. The vending macines were out of order. They could not give us any kind of a discount, because we booked through expedia. The springs/pools were great.

I’ve been staying here for years and the check in process is worse each year. Check in is at 4p, our rooms weren’t ready until after 7p. Zero effort was made to correct this situation, no compensation, no acknowledgment, nothing. Very disappointing experience
